The OnlyFans model accusing Tyreek Hill of breaking her leg during a backyard football drill has failed in her bid for the NFL star to take a psych exam.
According to TMZ Sports, a judge has denied plus-sized model Sophie Hall’s request for Hill to undergo the court-mandated test in order to probe his ‘violent’ treatment of women.
Hall, 36, alleges that the free-agent wide receiver, 31, shoved her to the ground in a ‘fit of anger’ after she ’embarrassed’ him during a casual training session at his Florida mansion.
Amid their legal battle, her lawyers filed a motion in December urging a judge to force Hill to sit down with a licensed psychologist and dig into his ‘mental state, aggression and culpability’.
They argued that his ‘documented history of violent behavior’ and ‘issues related to anger management, impulse control and aggression’ are all relevant to the June 2023 dustup which left Hall nursing a badly fractured right leg.
‘Plaintiff alleges that defendant’s actions were intentional, reckless, and consistent with a longstanding pattern of anger and aggression toward others, particularly women,’ said the filing, obtained exclusively by the Daily Mail.

Hill suffered ‘an apparent loss of emotional control’ when he was supposedly knocked backwards by the 250lb, 6ft 1in influencer – who is three inches taller.
‘Defendant’s mental and emotional state of the time of the incident, including his propensity for violence, is squarely “in controversy” as those traits are directly relevant to his conduct and liability,’ the filing continued.
‘Moreover, the defendant’s documented pattern of prior violent incidents and alleged history of anger management issues further establishes good cause for the requested psychological examination.’
However, in a rare legal victory for Hill, judge David Haines has denied the request and ruled that he does not need to undergo a psych exam.
The case is scheduled for trial this month with Hall claiming damages in excess of $50,000 for assault, negligence and intentional infliction of emotional distress.
Hill, who is a free agent after being released by the Miami Dolphins last month, has had plenty of legal trouble over the years, including when he was kicked off the Oklahoma State team in 2014 amid accusations that he choked his pregnant fiancée and tossed her about ‘like a ragdoll’.
He was sentenced to three years of probation and anger management classes for the alleged attack on 20-year-old Crystal Espinal.
Back in 2019, Hill was suspended by the Kansas City Chiefs over an allegation that he broke his three-year-old son’s arm, but he protested his innocence and was never charged.

Hill was engaged to Vaccaro when he locked horns with Hall, who sells raunchy ‘giantess’ content and has more than three million followers on Instagram, X and TikTok.
Her complaint says he started sending her ‘flirtatious’ Instagram messages after she enrolled her 10-year-old son in the Tyreek Hill Football Camp.
Hill then flew her to Florida and invited her to ‘hang’ at his Southwest Ranches mansion, which boasts a spa, putting green, NBA regulation basketball court and a turf football field.
British-born Hall had never played football before but Hill suggested she join him for practice drills so she could learn more about the offensive lineman position that her son plays.
She claims she ’caused Hill to be pushed backwards, garnering laughter from the witnesses present at the time, including the defendant’s mother, sister, friend and trainer’.

The ’embarrassed’ football player responded by charging at Hall ‘violently and with great force’, she alleges.
‘The crushing force was so great that she sustained a right leg fracture, necessitating surgery with metal hardware implantation.’
Hall says Hill ‘downplayed’ her injury, offering her ice and a bed to lay in. She has also admitted that the pair had sex afterwards.
The ex-Dolphins star’s lawyers insist he didn’t touch her during the drill and that she hurt herself tripping over a dog.
