Tui baggage and cancellation policies
Tui’s baggage allowance varies depending on whether you book a package holiday or a flight-only ticket. Package holidays typically include 15kg of checked luggage, though some trips offer 20kg – this will be clearly stated in your booking. Hand luggage is up to 10kg, and all passengers (except infants) can bring a carry-on. Flight-only bookings follow the same hand luggage rules, but checked baggage must be purchased separately, starting at 15kg.
If you need to cancel, Tui offers a full refund if you cancel within 14 days of booking. After this period, cancellation fees apply, so be sure to check its FAQ page for exact costs.
