Trans weightlifter Jammie Booker has broken her silence months after being stripped of her world title, challenging officials to prove she violated any competition rules.
Booker, who was crowned the 2025 World’s Strongest Woman before being disqualified, took to Instagram on Friday to hit back at the weightlifting community.
The American athlete was stripped of her crown in November after organizers released a bombshell statement claiming she is ‘biologically male’ following the circulation of explicit adult videos.
‘So, can anyone actually point to the rule that I broke?’ Booker wrote in a defiant post. ‘I’ve been told over and over now that I’ve broken a ‘clearly stated policy’ but not a single organization has been able to show me that policy.’
In another post on her Instagram story, Booker said: ‘Strongman corp. IFBB. IPF. Powerlifting USA. The IOC. USS Strongman. All have a policy on transgender participation for reference.’
While Booker noted that while groups like the IOC and IFBB have transgender participation policies, she maintains that her participation in Texas did not breach the specific rules of the event.

The timing of her resurfacing is significant, coming just days before the Arnold Sports Festival – one of the most prestigious events in competitive weightlifting.
The scandal first erupted when fellow competitors were allegedly sent ‘very explicit’ images and videos from an adult entertainment website that put Booker’s gender into question.
Official Strongman Games later released a statement that read: ‘It appears that an athlete who is biologically male and who now identifies as female competed in the Women’s Open category.’
The organizing body claimed ‘an attempt [was] made to contact the competitor involved but a response has not been received… we are clear – competitors can only compete in the category for the biological sex recorded at birth.’
A Daily Mail investigation identified an adult performer by the name of ‘Jammie Jay’ who bears a strong resemblance to Booker and was nominated for ‘Trans Erotica Awards’ in 2020 and 2022.
The fallout from the tournament in Texas saw runner-up Andrea Thompson elevated to first place, with several rivals later speaking out about their experiences competing against Booker.
Rivals Hailey Sikman and Jade Dickens described Booker as ‘arrogant’ during the event, with Dickens claiming her opponent ‘manipulated a situation’ because nobody knew her history.
‘I was beyond mad,’ Dickens told Fox News Digital. ‘Had I known, I definitely would have done something about it… prior to the event being over. But nobody knew.’

Booker has also claimed to be the victim of ‘death threats’ since the disqualification, posting a gym selfie with the caption: ‘Proof of life… the death threats didn’t work.’
Despite the official ruling, Booker’s private Instagram bio still boasts the title of ‘World’s Strongest Woman 2025,’ signaling she has no intention of accepting the disqualification.
The Official Strongman Games previously stated they are clear that competitors can only compete in the category for the biological sex recorded at birth.
However, Booker’s latest comments suggest she is preparing to fight the decision as the weightlifting world descends on the Arnold Festival.
