Tommy Fury is reportedly set to fight 2017 World’s Strongest Man Eddie Hall in a summer showdown.

Former Love Island star Fury, 26, will lock horns with 38-year-old Hall at a Misfits Boxing event in Manchester on June 13, according to talkSPORT.

And there could be around a 10-stone difference in weight between the two fighters at the AO Arena, based off their previous measurements.

Fury weighed in around 14st, 12lb for his last fight, a unanimous decision victory over Kenan Hanjalic to boost his unbeaten record to 11-0.

But Hall used to compete at around 31st, 9lb as a strongman – more than double Fury’s weight.

And despite trimming down in recent years, he still weighed 23st, 12lb when he competed in a professional MMA contest against Mariusz Pudzianowski in April last year. He won that with a knockout inside 30 seconds.

Tommy Fury is reportedly set to return to the ring in June against a mighty opponent

Fury is expected to step up in size for the heavyweight bout but it is still expected to be a huge mismatch.

But the half-brother of Tyson Fury has experience on his side with 11 bouts and he has beaten the likes of Jake Paul and KSI before in highly publicised dust-ups.

He defeated both of them in 2023 but then had to undergo surgery on a hand injury and has only fought once since against Hanjalic.

Hall is a recognisable figure in households across the UK thanks to his participation in four World’s Strongest Man finals.

The Staffordshire-born star beat Hafthor Bjornsson to the title by a point in 2017.

His only professional boxing match was against Bjornsson in 2022, when he lost via unanimous decision.

Fury’s fight with Hall is expected to be announced soon, as the former hinted at it at Darren Till’s Gorilla Promotions in Birmingham over the weekend.

‘I’ve got a fight coming up on June 13 in Manchester that’ll be announced very, very soon,’ he said.

‘I want to get in there, of course [as soon as possible].

‘I’ve got a big fight coming up. It will be on Misfits.

‘I’ve been told the Dillon Danis fight will happen before the end of the year, so let’s make it happen.’
