Tiger Woods’ recent arrest is the biggest news story in sports right now. That’s not stopping his Sun Day Red brand from releasing its latest crop of products.

Woods announced earlier this week that he would not be playing at The Masters and would be stepping away from his golf career after his car crash and arrest for allegedly driving under the influence. The golfer has pled not guilty.

The decision to step away from golf dashes the hopes of fans who wanted to see him play at Augusta National once again. But while he won’t be strolling the grounds, his clothing brand will be launching a spring collection that he would have worn to The Masters.

Sun Day Red has started to roll out their ‘Spring Traditions’ collection just before patrons and the world’s best golfers walk down Magnolia Lane once again.

Each item from the collection ‘captures this spirit of relentless learning through the rich greens and soft pinks that define golf’s most storied stage,’ according to the website.

Of course, Tiger is present as well – flashing a grin while modeling the various clothes in the collection.

Items in the collection range from graphic tees and hoodies, to golf polos and shoes, green leather head covers and even 1,000 staff golf bags that are dark green and list off each date of Woods’ five Masters wins.

Some of the items for sale even appear to honor the 25th anniversary of the ‘Tiger Slam’ – when he won the US Open, Open Championship and PGA Championship in 2000 before taking his second green jacket in 2001.

In addition to the ‘green jacket’ motif present in many of the items, there’s also plenty of pastel colors in time for spring – as well as nods to the state of Georgia with a polo decked out in miniature peaches.

Woods himself will not be sporting any of these at what was expected to be his first Masters appearance since 2024.

Between this year’s tournament and then, he underwent multiple surgeries on his back and one on his Achilles tendon.

But just when he was about to tee off onto the rolling fairways of Augusta, he was arrested after crashing his SUV in Jupiter, Florida.

He was attempting to overtake a truck pulling a trailer at high speed, but failed to adjust his speed – rolling over his vehicle and crashing it.

In the initial clip of him at the roadside, recorded by the arresting officer’s bodycam, Woods can be heard explaining how the crash occurred.

‘I looked down at my phone, and all of a sudden… boom!’ Woods tells the officer, explaining the moment he clipped the back of a pressure washer trailer and rolled his Range Rover onto its side.

Further bodycam footage showed Woods on the phone. After interacting with police officers who beckoned him back to them, the golfer was heard telling them ‘I was just talking with the President.’

Woods – who enjoys a friendship with President Trump and is dating the President’s former daughter-in-law, Vanessa – was then put in the back of a squad car.

Footage from inside the police vehicle showed Woods yawning and appearing to nod off before he was taken away.

Woods blew a 0.00 on a breathalyzer test – showing no signs of alcohol. But police claim to have found two opioid pills in Woods’ pants pocket when he was searched at the scene.

Trump supported Woods publicly when asked about the golfer’s condition, saying, ‘I think he’s doing great, he’s doing good.’

‘He tested negative for alcohol, as you know, and he is under a tremendous physical pressure from his various ailments… the back and the leg,’ Trump added.

‘He lives a life of pain. He has a lot of pain. He’s an amazing guy. He’s an amazing athlete. He does have pain. He doesn’t have an alcohol problem, but he does have pain.’
