Tiger Woods’ tumultuous relationship history may have come back to bite him as his girlfriend, Vanessa Trump, feels ‘insecure’ about their romance, according to a bombshell new report.
The iconic golfer, 50, and Trump, 48, the ex-wife Donald Trump Jr., went public with their relationship last March, and were most recently spotted cozying up to one another at the Genesis Invitational at Riviera Country Club in greater Los Angeles.
However, there could be trouble in paradise as Woods, who split from his ex-wife Elin Nordegren 2010 amid cheating allegations, reportedly feels stifled in his relationship with Trump.
‘She’s insecure when it comes to him and other women,’ a source told the National Enquirer. ‘So Vanessa follows Tiger everywhere and checks up on him and what he’s up to through mutual friends when they’re not together.’
‘Tiger’s feeling henpecked and stifled,’ they added. ‘He wants Vanessa to trust him and not judge him on prior behavior. But the more serious they get, the more fearful she becomes that Tiger will slide into bad habits and self-sabotage.’
Trump has been by Woods’ side at a number of high-profile appearances over the past few months, including the 15-time major winner’s lavish 50th birthday bash in January.

Yet, despite reported attempts to ease her fears, the former model is said to be feeling ‘paranoid’ about his past.
‘He’s told her time and again there’s nothing to be paranoid about – she’s the only girl for him,’ the insider claimed. ‘While Vanessa’s all-in on the relationship, brushing aside his sordid history is easier said than done. Her greatest fear is that Tiger will fall for one of the golf floozies who throw themselves at him.’
Woods first met Swedish model Nordegren in 2001, before proposing two years later. The couple then made it official at a lavish wedding in 2004.
They welcomed daughter Sam in 2007 and son Charlie in 2009, a year prior to the infamous sex scandal that brought their marriage crashing down in shocking fashion.
Nordegren divorced Tiger in 2010 after six years of marriage when she discovered the golfing great was allegedly cheating on her during Thanksgiving week with a woman named Rachel Uchitel.
What followed was one of the most dramatic collapses of a star’s reputation across sport as a number of other women later came forward to claim they’d been intimate with him.
The report of his latest flame’s insecurity comes after body language expert Judi James, exclusively revealed to the Daily Mail that Woods and Trump’s appearance at the Genesis Invitational appeared ‘performative.’
In a video posted to TikTok on Monday, the golf legend was seen posing with his model girlfriend for a photo opportunity at Riviera Country Club.

The footage showed Trump as she rested her head near Woods’ shoulder and wrapped him in her arms while he smiled for the photo before they then brought out her daughter, Kai Trump, to join them.
James described the moment as an ‘awkward-looking body language display for the cameras,’ adding that Woods adopted a ‘lightning smile’ that radiated ‘no really authentic signals of happiness or delight.’
James said: ‘His expression appears wary after he finishes his solo posing and prepares to immerse himself in the family stuff.
‘Vanessa arrives “oven ready” with a beaming smile on her face and her arm held out in an announcement gesture to signal intention to adopt a loving and affectionate look.
‘She flicks her hair back over her shoulders in a breezy preparation of posing here but it is a while before the couple’s smiles achieve a mirrored look and Woods continues to look a little awkward while Vanessa appears in charge of the posing and the choreography.’
James observed that Trump tried to showcase a strong family unit by inviting her daughter, 18, into the photograph.
‘She waves her daughter into shot to create the suggestion of a strong family unit and we can see Vanessa upgrade the emotional content by forming a possessive ritual with her arms while tilting her head in towards Woods in an act of closeness and trust,’ she continued.
