Funding to support disadvantaged adults move toward employment.

Submission deadline is Monday 22 December 2025.

Who it is for

Eligible applicants are UK-registered charities with an annual turnover between £25,000 and £500,000 that are working to develop communication skills for people from disadvantaged groups who want to improve their employment prospects.

Applications are particularly encouraged for initiatives targeting people facing multiple barriers to employment, including women, individuals with physical, mental, or learning disabilities, and refugees.

Support you can get

The Thomas Wall Trust Grants offer of up to £5,000 to UK charities for specific projects that improve communication skills for disadvantaged adults and supports people into employment.

Beneficiaries are expected to achieve at least one accredited vocational qualification during the programme.
