A Premier League star has received his first call-up to the England senior squad.
After impressing for his club in the early stages of the season, the player has been selected by Thomas Tuchel for the World Cup qualifiers at home to Andorra and away to Serbia.
As reported by The Athletic, Nottingham Forest midfielder Elliot Anderson has been called up.
Anderson was part of the England Under-21 squad that won the European Championship at that age group this summer.
The 22-year-old has impressed for Forest since his move from Newcastle last year.
Anderson was born in England but initially represented Scotland at youth level, who he was eligible for via his grandmother.
