The View host Joy Behar claimed Usha Vance is “addicted to power” as the panel show discussed the Second Lady’s shift from being a Democrat to a Republican.

In an interview with NBC News, Ms Vance addressed the fact that she was once a registered Democrat before her involvement in the Trump administration.

When asked if she felt comfortable with the political “universe” she is now in, Ms Vance responded: “I do feel very comfortable in that no one has ever asked me to engage in any kind of litmus test on anything. I feel very comfortable in that world, I don’t feel like I have to walk around pretending anything of any sort.”

“ It’s unbelievable to me how many people have done a 180 on everything that they believed before for power and money,” Behar said.
