Tennis WAG Morgan Riddle has hit back at vile comments about her weight in social media posts by telling her followers, ‘This is why every influencer is on Ozempic.’

Riddle is a US-based fashion influencer and content creator who has become one of the most recognisable figures around men’s tennis.

She is best known as the girlfriend of American world No.9 Taylor Fritz, but has built a substantial following in her own right through lifestyle, fashion and travel content.

Riddle has appeared in major publications including Vogue and the New York Times, which called her ‘the most famous woman in men’s tennis’.

Her social media presence, particularly on Instagram and TikTok, has turned her into a sought-after brand partner at major sporting events – but it has also attracted trolls.

Now she has fired back, saying that recent comments were the reason so many influencers turned to weight-loss drugs like Ozempic and developed dangerous and potentially deadly eating disorders.

Riddle posted an image of herself at the Australian Open, showing her wearing an off-the-shoulder cropped top exposing a small section of her midriff between the top and her skirt.

While the image looked elegant and stylish, an Instagram user commented ‘it’s a boy’, implying that Riddle was pregnant.

‘This is why every influencer is on Ozempic or has an ED [eating disorder] btw,’ Riddle captioned the image.

In a separate Instagram Story, Riddle posted another image of herself looking exasperated with the caption ‘god forbid a girl has organs’.

The original post was liked by almost 23,000 people including fellow influencer Costeen Hatzi, Brooke Warne and Australian basketball star Tess Madgen.

And Riddle’s followers were quick to call out the troll over the comment.

‘Trying to be mean on purpose? Yuck to you,’ one replied.

‘She looks fantastic. Fk off back into your hole,’ fumed another.

‘A woman leaving this type of comment.. how disgraceful. Sad. Seek help,’ replied yet another.

The influencer then shared another image of her poolside wearing a bikini top and white pants with the Sydney skyline as the backdrop.

Despite her fit and lean appearance, an Instagram user also had a dig at Riddle’s weight, posting the comment ‘I thought pregnant’.

Riddle shared the image and comment with the caption: ‘mind you I get these on everything I post. Lol, like what????’.

Clark was immediately questioned by Riddle’s followers over her comment.

‘You literally have a drinkers belly. I would not be commenting on anyone’s body if I were you,’ one posted.

Another said: ‘as a woman you should not be tearing down a fellow woman. Get a grip woman’.

‘That’s so unkind. She is gorgeous and we love her. Please do better,’ fired back another follower.

Clark then claimed she was not referring to the image at all.

‘What is ur problem. I had read that she was pregnant. Not in this picture. Duh,’ she posted.

‘Suuuure you did. Backpedal, backpedal,’ another one of Riddle’s followers replied.

Riddle is set to have the last laugh, though, expected to pocket around $500,000 for her trip to the Australian Open through sponsored posts, event appearances and curated collections.

That could end up being more than her tennis star partner Fritz earns at the tournament, with his campaign beginning against Frenchman Valentin Royer today.

‘I’m like, ‘OK, you’ve got to make it past the fourth round of this tournament, otherwise I’m going to make more money than you,’ Riddle said previously.

‘It’s a healthy competition between us.’
