Join the Peer Support Network to prepare for the Social Economy Incentive Fund 2025

Social enterprises interested in applying to the Social Economy Incentive Fund (SEIF) 2025, or seeking additional support, can take part in the Peer Support Network, led by Belfast City Council.

A peer support network brings together individuals and organisations with shared interests and experiences, offering social, practical, and emotional support.

Through participation in the Peer Support Network, organisations can access

  • best practice on how to write applications
  • tips on pitching
  • examples of previous success stories
  • wraparound support from Go Social and Go Succeed

Information sessions

Peer Support Network will hold two information sessions in-person on

  • Monday 29 September 2025, 10am to 1pm
  • Wednesday 1 October 2025, 10am to 1pm

Social Economy Incentive Fund 2025

The Social Economy Incentive Fund (SEIF) will open for applications in September 2025. This annual funding competition supports eligible social economy organisations based in Belfast.

The application process includes

  • an online application form
  • participation in a Dragons’ Den-style pitch event, where applicants can present their organisation and demonstrate their social impact in Belfast
