Endo over Ramsay

I feel for Calvin Ramsay, I really do.

The young Scotsman just can’t catch a break at Liverpool; it seems he isn’t even the fourth or fifth choice right-back for them.

Wataru Endo, who is a defensive midfielder and sometimes plays centre-back, is starting in front of Ramsay. That’s got to hurt.

Personally, I also think it’s just an odd move in general from Arne Slot.

I get playing experienced players, but sometimes you just have to give the young guns a chance when everyone is getting injured.

Imagine Jurgen Klopp never gave Trent Alexander-Arnold his shot away at manchester United in January 2017. Where would he be now?

Ramsay must be feeling a little hard done by.
