Pain Support Group
Living with chronic pain can feel isolating and overwhelming, but you don’t have to face it by yourself. The Pain Management Support Group, backed by the local Primary Care Network (PCN), offers a safe and supportive space to connect, learn, and develop with others who truly understand.
The PCN is offering a holistic approach to pain management, to ensure patients receive not just medical treatment through their GP, but also emotional, social, and practical support in the community.
Living with pain is not just about the physical discomfort; it can influence all aspects of your life; a person’s mental and emotional well-being, their ability to cope with life’s stresses, how well they sleep, as well as impacting their personal and work relationships.
