The identities of the small team left behind to handle deals for Mino Raiola’s players this summer have been revealed – including his son, nephew and lawyer.
Raiola died at the age of 54 on Saturday following an illness.
He was previously in hospital at the start of this year due to an undisclosed health issue, and underwent very delicate surgery in January.
Reports at the time said the condition was not life-threatening but Raiola, a super-agent for the sport’s biggest names, returned to intensive care in recent weeks.
And Bild in Germany have now highlighted the fact that his agency, a limited liability company based in Monaco, is a tightly-knit family business.

Indeed, his son Mario, nephew Vincenzo, close confidante Jose Fortes Rodriguez, lawyer Rafaela Pimienta and press officer Enrica Tarchi all worked for him.
The same publication claims that Raiola valued a small team in which he was the centre of the show – a method which has paid dividends in eye-watering deals.
Borussia Dortmund striker Erling Haaland, one of Raiola’s high-profile clients, looks set to join Manchester City at the end of the season, although it is not finalised.
With negotiations still to be done, Bild suggest lawyer Pimienta, who will legally review and process Raiola’s deals, could wrap up the transfer instead.

It is not known how far Raiola moved the switch on whilst seriously ill, and the release clause written into Haaland’s contract in Germany has not been triggered.
Reportedly, a number of other advisors are hopeful of poaching Raiola’s clients behind the scenes. The likes of Paul Pogba, Marco Verratti and Matthijs de Ligt have all benefitted from their representative’s world-renowned negotiating skills.
Zlatan Ibrahimovic, the veteran AC Milan striker, also worked closely with him.
However, Borussia Monchengladbach forward Marcus Thuram was the first player to change their agency last week, having instead switched to Sport Cover.

Raiola’s family penned a touching statement to confirm his shocking passing at the weekend.
It read: ‘In infinite sorrow, we share the passing of the most caring and amazing football agent that ever was.
‘Mino fought until the end with the same strength he put on negotiation tables to defend our players. As usual, Mino made us proud and never realised it.
‘Mino touched so many lives through his work and wrote a new chapter in the history of modern football. His presence will forever be missed.
‘Mino’s mission of making football a better place for players will continue with the same passion.’
Raiola brokered countless mega-deals in his career, having progressed from working in a pizza restaurant to become one of the most influential figures in the modern game.
Last year, Forbes estimated his personal wealth was in the region of £62million.
It was reported that Raiola earned as much as £20m from the then world record £89m sale of Pogba from Juventus to Manchester United in 2016.
This summer was certain to be another busy window for Raiola, with Pogba also expected to be on the move after his contract at Old Trafford runs down.
