Shia LaBeouf has been spotted in Italy this week after receiving a judge’s OK to travel internationally following his February arrests.

The “Holes” actor was photographed getting into a black car in Rome after he seemingly touched down in the City of Love on Wednesday to support his dad, Jeffrey, at his baptism.

Per the photos, he went with a cozy look for his day of travel and sported a red, black and white patterned graphic t-shirt and a pair of gray shorts.

The actor appeared very casual and collected, and kept a somewhat low profile with a pair of sunglasses.

According to court documents viewed by Page Six, LaBeouf filed a request to leave New Orleans for the vacation on Feb. 25.

His attorney asked the court allow him to travel from March 1-8 for the brief vacation “for religious observations” and noted that he has no planned court dates during that time.

However, judge Simone Levine — who previously oversaw his Feb. 26 court appearance — denied the motion during a bond and status court hearing on Feb. 26.

On March 4, LaBeouf’s attorney appeared in court a second time on behalf of the actor seeking permission for his travel. This time, New Orleans judge Peter Hamilton granted the motion for leave.

According to court records, the “Honey Boy” star is expected to have another court hearing on March 19.

The former Disney Channel star found himself in trouble with the law last month after he was arrested on Feb. 17 over an alleged Mardi Gras bar brawl.

Footage of the altercation showed LaBeouf allegedly hurling gay slurs at the two men he was fighting. A police report later revealed the actor called the men “f—-ts” between punches and potentially dislocated the nose of one man involved in the incident.

At his Feb. 26 court appearance, Levine revoked his initial release and ordered LaBeouf to attend rehab, undergo a drug testing program and pay a $100,000 bond under the new terms of his release.

Days after his court appearance, LaBeouf was arrested once again on Feb. 28 on one count of simple battery.

As we previously reported, the new charge appears to be in connection to the alleged Feb. 17 bar fight.
