Dave Portnoy looked visibly stunned as he watched his New England Patriots get blown away by the Seattle Seahawks alongside girlfriend Camryn D’Aloia.

The Barstool Sports chief, who spoke exclusively to the Daily Mail in San Francisco this week, paid $450,000 for 10 seats inside a suite at Levi’s Stadium.

But it turned out to be a night to forget for Portnoy as he had the perfect seat for a devastating evening for New England.

As well as Barstool colleagues, Portnoy had girlfriend Camryn sat next to him throughout the game.

And it was all captured on camera, with various videos of Portnoy’s reactions during the game being posted on his X account.

Portnoy’s outlook was positive at halftime, when the Seahawks only led 9-0, but when AJ Barner scored the opening touchdown his mood soured.

He was speechless and sat motionless in his seat as Seahawks fans in the stadium celebrated their side extending their lead.

Portnoy’s only celebration of the evening came moments later when Drake Maye threw a touchdown pass to Mack Hollins to give New England hope.

He jumped up from his seat and gave high fives to those in his suite, as well as girlfriend Camryn.

But then things quickly soured as Maye’s pass was intercepted by Julian Love, again prompting a still and quiet response from Portnoy.

However, the worst was yet to come because Seattle wrapped up their victory when Maye was smashed by Devon Witherspoon.

The ball came loose and was picked off by linebacker Uchenna Nwosu, who ran it into the end zone from 45 yards.

A forlorn Portnoy sat there in silence and simply stared at the field, watching the prospect of the Patriots’ seventh Super Bowl slipping from their grasp.

As the clock ticked towards zero, Portnoy came on to give his final thoughts on the game. He said: ‘I honestly thought they (Patriots) were going to make a run. I was like “oh my god, they’re going to do it again” after we got the ball back after the touchdown.

‘We’re driving, Drake throws a horrible interception. We had no business winning the game. Defense was unbelievable. Played their f***ing nuts and their d*** off. Offense was horrible.

‘Drake Maye has to be hurt, right? I hope he’s hurt. I think. This is now the fourth loss in this dynasty era. It never gets easier. Just the worst offense I’ve ever seen.

‘I was in jail the last time we won. Brady’s probably laughing. We kind of got killed.’

Portnoy then took to X again to post a lengthy criticism of the trolls taking aim at him after the Patriots’ loss.

He wrote: ‘All I’ve tried to do for the past 2 weeks is lift people up. Raise their spirits. Make them part of this Super Bowl experience. And what do I get for my trouble? People being nasty beyond belief to me.

‘Well we may have lost but at least I can still rest my head on the pillow tonight knowing I win and lose with class. Unlike a lot of people online.

‘If being a jerk to me online makes you happy I’m sad for you and will pray for you.’
