One-to-one mentoring and support

Catalyst’s free mentoring programme, Springboard, is now open for applications to help entrepreneurs scale their start-ups.

Springboard offers personalised, one-to-one mentoring from experienced entrepreneurs and industry experts. The programme helps start-ups

  • test their products and business models
  • build resilience
  • win more customers
  • prepare for investment

The programme is sector‑agnostic and designed for entrepreneurs who have a product or solution in development and are ready to grow. Participants receive tailored support from a dedicated in-house team and mentors with expertise in product development, sales, legal and finance.

The programme focuses on overcoming specific business challenges, building value, and avoiding costly mistakes. It runs until March 2026 and requires a commitment of around three hours per week.

Applications close on 26 September 2025.

For more information and to apply, visit the Catalyst website.
