The Food Standard Agency’s (FSA) Safer Food Means Better Business Campaign aims to support food businesses with easy-to-access and free-to-use resources to help them stay on top of good food hygiene and safety practices.

The FSA’s role is to protect the public from health risks but it is also available to help businesses meet their obligations around food hygiene and safety.
