Wigan Athletic have signed Brentford midfielder Ryan Trevitt on a season-long loan.
The 22-year-old made his Premier League debut for the Bees as a late substitute in the defeat at Tottenham Hotspur last September.
Trevitt, who came through the ranks at non-league Leatherhead before being picked up by Brentford, has also made four cup appearances for the Bees.
He spent the second half of last season on loan at Exeter City, his second spell with the Grecians after scoring five goals in 23 appearances for them in 2023-24.
Latics head coach Ryan Lowe told the club website, external: “He’s another goalscoring midfielder, who I think will be vital for us going forward. He comes from a good pedigree, and I am really looking forward to working with him.
“I think he’s a real coup for us – and we’re really happy to have him on board.”
