The offer which Manchester City think could secure them Real Madrid star Rodrygo has been revealed, according to reports in Spain.
Pep Guardiola is thought to be keen on a move for the Brazilian, who has been a thorn in City’s side during their recent bouts with Los Blancos in the Champions League.
Xabi Alonso and president Florentino Perez are reportedly open to offers for Rodrygo, with both Arsenal and Liverpool keeping tabs on the situation.
Madrid are looking for an overall package of around €100million for Rodrygo which, according to Spanish outlet Football Espana, is exactly City’s valuation of the winger.
Guardiola and club bosses are reportedly weighing up an offer of €80m for the 24-year-old, with add-ons taking the bid to the €100m mark.
But any move for the LaLiga star hinges on the future of Man City’s own Brazilian winger Savinho, who is seemingly edging closer to joining Tottenham Hotspur.

Pep Guardiola and Manchester City are reportedly weighing up a move worth €100million for the Brazilian
With Jack Grealish having already sealed a move to Everton and youngster James McAtee also heading for the exit door, City are waiting for an offer north of £50m from Thomas Frank’s side.
Savinho, who only signed for City last summer from Troyes in a £31m deal, is said to be open to a move to London in a transfer which would free up funds for City to bid for Rodrygo.
They will however likely face competition for his signature, with Mikel Arteta one of the managers keen to bring in the tricky winger.
But after bringing in Viktor Gyokeres, Noni Madueke, Christian Noorgard and Martin Zubimendi, Arsenal are reporting only able to sign the Brazilian if Madrid let him leave on loan.
Arne Slot is also said to be a fan of Rodrygo, though any move from Liverpool for him would likely depend on the success of their ongoing pursuit of Alexander Isak from Newcastle United.
The Reds had an initial offer of around £110m rejected by The Magpies but are expected to submit an improved proposal before the end of the window.
Despite being an integral part of Real Madrid’s side since signing from Santos for £37.9m in 2019, Rodrygo has found himself down the pecking order in 2024/25 due to the arrival of Kylian Mbappe.
Things appeared to come to a head between him and the Spanish giants late last season when he reportedly told the club he never wanted to play for them again before ruling himself out of El Clasico.

The arrival of Kylian Mbappe at Real Madrid has left Rodrygo struggling for minutes
And his situation at Madrid hasn’t improved under new boss Xabi Alonso, who afforded him a mere 27 minutes in the Club World Cup.
Speaking about his decision to leave the winger on the bench during the tournament, Alonso said: ‘The fact that he didn’t play again is a game-by-game decision. The way things were going, we needed another player.
‘There haven’t been any decisions about the future throughout this entire championship; we haven’t rotated much. We’ll start in a different context.’
He added: ‘We want to build a team that plays as a unit and maintain that feeling and spirit. The World Cup has been very demanding; we’ve been left in the penultimate stage, it hurts, and now we’ll see what happens.’
Rodrygo has scored 68 goals and added 51 assists in 270 appearances for Los Blancos.
