Need help showing your impact? Apply now for support from Social Enterprise NI
Social Enterprise NI is offering two social enterprises the chance to pilot a new support package to help measure and communicate their impact. This follows the launch of their 2024 Impact Toolkit, created for social enterprises in Northern Ireland. Selected organisations will help shape how impact is demonstrated across the sector.
What’s included in the support package?
The support package includes the following steps to help shape your impact approach
- introductory call to explore your organisation’s goals, work, and challenges
- review of your current data, systems, and any existing impact frameworks
- summary of key findings shared with your leadership team
- full-day in-person workshop to co-create a draft theory of change and define impact metrics
- finalised impact framework tailored to your organisation
- online handover session to walk through the tools and support implementation
Who can apply?
To be eligible, your organisation should
- be a registered or incorporated social enterprise
- be available to take part in the workshop and follow-up sessions
