Real Madrid have sent Arsenal an ominous warning on social media ahead of their mouthwatering clash at the Bernabeu tonight.
The Spanish giants have a huge task on their hands to keep their Champions League hopes alive after losing the first leg of their quarter-final tie 3-0 at the Emirates last week.
But the 15-time European Cup winners still believe that a comeback for the ages is on the cards, and have vowed to push Arsenal until the last second in tonight’s second leg.
Taking to X on Wednesday morning, Real posted a video where they asked ChatGPT to translate the eight-word message ‘Ninety minutes at the Bernabeu are very long’, into as many languages as possible.
Real’s star names have also been talking up their chances this week, despite last Tuesday’s disappointing loss in north London.
Jude Bellingham revealed on Tuesday that the word ‘Remontada’ – which translates to ‘comeback’ – has been bouncing around the Real dressing room, while Vinicius Jr wrote on Instagram ‘Tomorrow. 9pm,’ with the Brazilian seemingly ready to put in a big performance after being kept quiet in the first leg.

Kylian Mbappe’s side were beaten 3-0 by Arsenal at the Emirates last week

But Real are confident they can overturn the deficit in front of their home fans
Real have never overturned a three-goal deficit from the first leg of a European knockout tie, but they have been able to clutch victory from the jaws of defeat on multiple occasions in recent years.
On their way to Champions League glory in 2022, Real came from behind in each of their knockout clashes against PSG, Chelsea and Manchester City respectively. All of the second legs were played at the Bernabeu, and Carlo Ancelotti’s men used that to their advantage.
Real also trailed Bayern Munich going into the closing stages of last year’s semi-final, before super-sub Joselu rescued them with two late goals, sparking wild celebrations at the Bernabeu.
Ancelotti’s side went on to triumph in the final at Wembley the following month as they overcame Borussia Dortmund.
A comeback victory over Arsenal would arguably be the best in Real’s history, and they are confident of pulling off the seemingly impossible.
The winner of tonight’s tie will face PSG in the semi-finals, after the Ligue 1 champions edged past Aston Villa on Tuesday.
