Businesses will begin to receive their rate bills for 2026-27 from the start of April 2026.
Rate bills will begin to issue from Wednesday 1 April 2026, and will continue to be delivered throughout April. The bill will set out
- the amount due for 2026-27
- details of any rate relief that has been applied to your account
- any arrears from previous years that have not been previously paid

You should contact Land and Property Services (LPS) if you think the information on the bill is incorrect or if you have not received a bill.
