Match stats
Rangers are unbeaten in three league meetings with Celtic, winning two of them – this is more than their previous 12 beforehand (W1 D3 L8).
In fact, Celtic have only won two of their last 11 away games against Rangers across all competitions.
However, Rangers have drawn seven of their last nine league games, including each of their last four in a row.

Hamza Igamane departs after refusing to come on
Rangers striker Hamza Igamane has moved to French club Lille.
Igamane caused a stir on Sunday when he reported an injury sustained in the warm-up when boss Russell Martin asked him to come off the bench against St Mirren at Paisley.
He was absent from the trip to Club Brugge in the Champions League play-off on Wednesday night where Rangers suffered a 6-0 defeat to go out 9-1 on aggregate.
Igamane’s move to the Ligue 1 club had been impending, with the fee widely reported as £10.5million and it leaves Martin with just two recognised strikers, Danilo and Cyriel Dessers.

Brendan Rodgers insists Adam Idah won’t be sold without replacement
Celtic manager Brendan Rodgers insists Swansea target Adam Idah will be going nowhere unless he is guaranteed a replacement.
The striker was absent from Celtic’s training session on Friday morning as the club’s transfer activity intensified ahead of the trip to face Rangers.
Reports say he was already in south Wales for a medical ahead of a move worth up to £7m, while winger Yang Hyun-jun has been linked with Birmingham.
However, after seeing his calls for attacking reinforcements largely go unheeded for the vast majority of the transfer window, Rodgers took a firm stance.
“There’s interest in Adam but obviously no-one can leave here unless we get players in to replace,” he said. “It’s as simple as that.
“There’s been negotiations and chat around it, but I have to have players in here before I can consider letting anyone go.”

‘We can’t do that’: Rodgers frustrated about Celtic approach
Brendan Rodgers stressed Celtic’s under-fire board “bleed for the club” – but warned the Hoops had to change their approach to the summer transfer window to progress.
The Celtic manager has told his players the Champions League “grieving” process was over, but the shock defeat came on the back of unheeded warnings from Rodgers about the need to bolster his attacking options following the exits of Kyogo Furuhashi and Nicolas Kuhn and a long-term injury to Jota.
Rodgers said: “We need to find the solutions as to why we weren’t able to strengthen before the games, when clearly we wanted to.
“We need that in-depth look at that because we can’t be in this cycle where we’re growing for a couple of years, we get to Bayern Munich, we show great signs and then we stand still. We can’t do that.”

Russell Martin ahead of facing Celtic
“It’s our fourth league game, the manner of defeat (against Club Brugge) makes everything feel terrible.
“We’ve qualified for the Europa League and we’ve got a chance to put things right on Sunday. All focus is on that after Wednesday night. It’s about responding properly.
“I think the only way you get fans back on side is by winning football matches, simple as that, and there’s no bigger game than this one.
“It’s one of the biggest games in the world in terms of the interest and everyone involved, and that’s the brilliant thing about football that after the disappointment in midweek you have the opportunity to put things right.”
