Halloween is a time where the young and old alike put on scary costumes. What could be scarier than showing up to work dressed as your boss?
Los Angeles Rams rookie linebacker Shaun Dolac showed up to Friday meetings looking like his head coach, Sean McVay.
With the rest of his team – including McVay – watching on, Dolac strolled up to the front of the room wearing a blue Rams sweatshirt, blue shorts, and a coach’s headset.
At one point, Dolac spoke into his microphone and talked behind a playsheet he grabbed to call out a ‘play’ for the team to work on.
After putting the sheet down, Dolac then turned to his team and simply said what appears to be one of McVay’s catchphrases, ‘… Built For This S**t’.
The room erupted into laughter as the camera then cut to McVay, who was also seen chuckling to himself with a grin on his face.

His impersonation got a laugh out of everyone in the room, including the coach himself
Fans couldn’t believe how stunningly accurate Dolac’s portrayal of McVay was.
‘Bro he got the walk down and everything,’ read one post to X.
Another comment said, ‘Why is this so accurate?’
‘rookie already studying film in costume,’ read a different comment.
Dolac, the rookie out of the University at Buffalo, has had a solid start to his career. The linebacker has 17 total tackles and 12 solo tackles across seven games played.
Los Angeles next plays the New Orleans Saints at home.
