Raising Cane’s is opening new locations this month that will bring the fast-food chain to a trio of new markets across the South.
The company plans to open five new restaurants in July and will remodel three existing locations, according to USA TODAY.
Raising Cane’s is opening its first-ever locations in Johnson City, Tennessee, July 7; Jacksonville, North Carolina, July 13; and Albany, Georgia, July 21, the company said.
“We’re excited to celebrate these milestones with our newest communities in Johnson City, Jacksonville and Albany,” a company statement read.
Raising Cane’s was founded in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, in 1996 and has since grown to 1,000 locations across the country. The restaurant is known for its chicken tenders, crinkle-cut fries, Texas toast, and special Cane’s dipping sauce.
In addition to the three new markets, Raising Cane’s is also opening a new restaurant in Schererville, Indiana, July 6 and a new location in Los Angeles. The LA location’s opening date is yet to be announced.
Raising Cane’s locations in Edmond, Oklahoma; Fort Collins, Colorado; and Las Vegas, Nevada, will all be remodeled and reopened on July 13, 17, and 20, respectively.
Raising Cane’s is not only building and remodeling locations but also extending its operating hours in some locations, USA TODAY reports.
The extended hours are reportedly to accommodate customers where late-night dining is popular in places including Dallas–Fort Worth and Houston; Miami and Orlando; New Orleans; Nashville; Phoenix; and Las Vegas.
In June, Raising Cane’s opened an additional 12 locations, including a new flagship in Southern California, according to USA TODAY.
The locations opened in June were in Illinois, Maryland, and Texas, as well as first-ever locations in Pensacola, Florida, and Lynwood, Washington.
