Get support to help you harness the power of quantum computing
Digital Catapult and the National Quantum Computing Centre have opened applications to Quantum Technology Access Programme (QTAP) Cohort 3 to help businesses explore quantum computing for their operations.
The programme offers training, hands-on access to quantum systems, and networking with quantum experts. It focuses on two key areas
- combinatorial optimisation – solving complex scheduling, logistics and resource problems
- quantum machine learning – improving data analysis and predictions
Participants will gain practical skills, develop internal quantum capabilities and showcase their progress to industry leaders.
Who can apply
QTAP is open to UK businesses of all sizes in sectors including
- energy
- transport and logistics
- healthcare and pharmaceuticals
- financial services
- aerospace and defence
- advanced manufacturing
- automotive and construction
- telecoms, media and entertainment
Applicants need basic technical skills (such as Python) and must commit to the full programme.
Applications will close at 1159pm on Tuesday 12 May 2026.
Applicants must be available for the full six-month programme, starting in July 2026 and ending in February 2027.
