The son of a Premier League winner made a goalscoring start in senior football after being handed an unofficial debut by their famous father.
A friendly match was held in the Netherlands on Thursday during the international break, with Feyenoord and Dordrecht going head-to-head.
The match saw two former Premier League stars and Dutch international team-mates reunite in Robin van Persie and Dirk Kuyt.
Former Man United and Arsenal star Van Persie took charge of Feyenoord last February and is now in his first full season at the club, while ex-Liverpool forward Kuyt became head coach of second tier side Dordrecht in June.
With several Feyenoord stars with their national teams during the international break, Van Persie had only three regulars in his starting line-up for the friendly.
Van Persie’s side was largely made up of players in the club’s youth teams, including the Under-21s.

With Feyenoord trailing 1-0 at half-time to a Sem Valk header, Van Persie introduced his son Shaqueel as one of several half-time changes.
Dordrecht doubled their lead in the second half through Joshua Pynadath, before a landmark moment for Shaqueel.
The 18-year-old forward produced a looping header from a Goncalo Borges cross to reduce the deficit for Feyenoord.
Despite Van Persie’s goal, Feyenoord were ultimately beaten 2-1 in the friendly match.
Earlier this year, Robin van Persie dismissed suggestions it would be ‘complicated’ for him to bring his son into the first team set-up with the Dutch giants.
It followed Van Persie’s appointment as manager, while his son Shaqueel has been part of the Feyenoord youth system since joining from Manchester City’s set-up.
The teenager, who has represented the Netherlands at youth level, had been part of Fenerbahce’s academy when Van Persie played for the Turkish side.
Van Persie has led Feyenoord to the top of the table heading into the international break, winning seven and drawing one of their matches to date.

The 42-year-old, who won the Premier League at Man United in 2013, was praised for his impact by Kuyt after the friendly.
‘I just complimented Robin on how Feyenoord is performing, they’re doing very well in the league, playing good football,’ Kuyt said post-match.
‘The organisation is sound, but there are also many individual players at play. I enjoy watching Feyenoord, and of course, I follow them closely. I’m also very interested in how Robin is doing.
‘In Europe against Aston Villa, Feyenoord were the better team for a long time. It’s a shame they lost that match based on those last thirty minutes.
‘I think Feyenoord are very solid, and their defense is excellent. You can just tell those guys know exactly what’s expected of them.’
Van Persie and Kuyt had both been team-mates at Feyenoord and the Dutch national team during their careers, but found themselves on opposite sides during their Premier League career.
