Learn how to turn your innovative ideas into paying customers

Innovate NI is hosting free innovation workshops to give Northern Ireland businesses the practical tools to generate, develop and market innovative projects.

The ‘Ready for market Practical steps to commercialisation’ workshops will take place on

  • Thursday 26 February 2026 in Ballymena
  • Thursday 12 March 2026 (with Tourism Northern Ireland) in Enniskillen

The workshops will teach you how to

  • map a clear path to market and growth
  • build a simple, scalable commercial offer
  • understand value, margins and credibility
  • spot commercial and scaling risks early
  • create a focused 30/60/90-day action plan

You’ll also get a chance to network with other businesses and get advice on innovation funding and support available through Invest Northern Ireland.

Who should attend

These free workshops are open to all Northern Ireland businesses from any sector. They may be particularly beneficial to start-ups preparing to launch, small and medium-sized businesses developing new products/services, and established companies seeking better traction and growth.

Places are free – register early as spaces are limited.
