Dallas Cowboys rookie Donovan Ezeiruaku went viral over the weekend after a photo of his astonishing wingspan left fans stunned.

The 22-year-old pass rusher, who was selected by Dallas with the 44th overall pick in this year’s NFL Draft, garnered attention during the Cowboys’ 30-27 defeat to the Carolina Panthers on Sunday night.

Early on in the game, one fan shared an image on X of Ezeiruaku on the field at Bank of America Stadium – and pointed out how long his arms are.

The user said: ‘donovan ezeiruaku’s arms look like they don’t belong on his body lol’.

And it didn’t take long for other fans to echo that sentiment as the picture caused a stir online.

‘Man looks like he could sack a QB from the sideline. those arms are unreal,’ wrote another.

‘Bro is standing straight up with his fingertips by his knee caps,’ a third user joked.

A fourth quipped: ‘Arms like the kraken’.

While one fan argued: ‘That’s why they drafted the mfer goddamn’.

Ezeiruaku recorded just one tackle and no sacks in the game as the Cowboys slumped to its third defeat of the season in Carolina.

Since being drafted, the former Boston College star has made six appearances for Dallas, making 12 tackles. He is yet to register a sack in the NFL.

During his college days Ezeiruaku put up 29 sacks and 107 tackles in 46 games.

Prior to Sunday’s loss to the Panthers, he said about the wait for his first NFL sack: ‘It’s not that it’s frustrating, because I know it’s coming and when it comes, it’ll come in waves. And a big wave at that.

‘I know myself, my family, this team, we all waiting. I’m just going to keep working at it.’
