This programme provides free training in leadership, innovation, digital transformation, and sustainability.

Who it is for

PEACEPLUS INNOVATE+ is free to join and open to any SME (with between five and 249 employees) based anywhere in Northern Ireland or the six border counties of Donegal, Sligo, Leitrim, Cavan, Monaghan and Louth.

Business owners, senior leaders and managers are all welcome.

Support you can get

PEACEPLUS INNOVATE+ (which is part of the Leading Change and Transition series) features three practical programmes, each delivered over six expert-led training days.

The programmes include

  • Leading People and Productivity – helping you build high-performance teams.
  • Digital Innovation and AI for Leaders – helping you embrace technology without the hype.
  • Business Sustainability Essentials – helping you integrate green practices in business.

Businesses can join the full three-programme series or select individual courses that best meet their needs.

What to expect

Working with Catalyst (PEACEPLUS INNOVATE+ recruitment partner), attendees will start with a free business innovation audit to check eligibility and secure their funded place. If successful, businesses will receive a bespoke innovation management plan, with the opportunity to benefit from tailored training, student interns and placements, innovation cluster membership, and digital transformation support.

Two in-person training cohorts will be delivered in Spring 2026, limited to 25 places each

  • Cohort 1 Queen’s Business School, Belfast – starts Tuesday 17 February 2026 (register by Tuesday 20 January 2026)
  • Cohort 2 Canal Court Hotel, Newry – starts Tuesday 31 March 2026 (register by Tuesday 10 March 2026)
