Invest Northern Ireland’s Operational Excellence Workshop Series gives Northern Ireland businesses access to expert insight from operational excellence coaches who are experienced in efficiency improvement practices, including lean, six sigma, and supply chain efficiency.
The operational excellence coaches also have a wealth of commercial experience and expertise in a diverse range of manufacturing and service businesses.
In partnership with Causeway Coats and Glens Borough Council, the free series of workshops, held in Portstewart, will focus on improving operational efficiencies. Each workshop will cover a different theme and will provide an opportunity for tailored advice and networking.
