Bearman has now left the medical centre and has been cleared.

He is back in the motorhome, albeit limping a bit.

“Feels pretty good, early to think about the championship. Terrible start [to race], lucky with safety car but then pace was incredible. Felt good with the car.

“We were very lucky. On the medium we were strong and on the hard, the pace was incredible.

“It made my life a lot easier.”

He had a bad start but Kimi Antonelli has taken advantage of the stroke of luck with the safety car to win and take the championship lead!

At 19 and 216 days, he will be the youngest-ever championship leader!

Oscar Piastri takes a hard-earned second place, with Charles Leclerc in third.

Out in front, cruise control for Kimi Antonelli, with a 14-second lead.

Lando Norris, meanwhile, has taken fifth place from Lewis Hamilton!

Russell makes a move down the inside of the final chicane before Leclerc commits to a move around the outside of turn 1 – and it sticks!

Russell is getting closer and closer, but not close enough to make a move on Leclerc.

Meanwhile, Antonelli’s lead in front is now 13 seconds.

He makes the move on the outside of turn 2 and passes Hamilton.

Closing in on the home straight, Leclerc just about gets past his Ferrari teammate Hamilton and is now up to third!
