Jermaine Johnson’s trade from the New York Jets to the Tennessee Titans is bittersweet for his glamorous fiancee, influencer Hannah Brooke.
Telling her Instagram followers she is ‘so grateful’ for her time in the New York-New Jersey area, the former reality TV star shared her optimism for the family’s move to Nashville, as well as some of her fondness for the Big Apple.
‘Very bittersweet leaving New York… this has been our home together for years and I’m so grateful to have had some of the best memories of my life here,’ she wrote online. ‘MetLife [Stadium], you will be missed!’ she wrote.
‘@nyjets thank you for giving my man the opportunity to do what he loves the past 4 years. Onto the next chapter… Tennessee HERE WE COME. Go Titans.’
A former first-round pick out of Florida State, Johnson is headed to Tennessee in exchange for massive defensive tackle T’Vondre Sweat. The trade, which cannot be made official until next month, reunites the outside linebacker with his former Jets coach, Robert Saleh, who was recently hired to lead the Titans.
For his part, Johnson seems excited about the move.

Hannah Booke and Jermaine Johnson’s relationship reportedly began sometime in 2023
‘New York, thank you for everything, truly,’ the 27-year-old wrote on Instagram. ‘… Tennessee LETS [expletive emoji] WORK!!!’
Although his 2024 season was mostly most to injury, Johnson has been productive with the Jets, registering 13 sacks and 131 total tackles across 47 games.
Standing 6ft5 and 254 pounds, Johnson will be part of a revamped defense in Nashville, where the Titans have the fourth-overall pick in April’s NFL Draft.
And Saleh should have plenty of options, including Miami defensive end Rueben Bain Jr., Ohio State linebacker Arvell Reese and his Buckeyes teammate, safety Caleb Downs.
The Jets, meanwhile, are adding a 366-pound nose tackle in Sweat as New York’s defense continues its makeover under second-year coach Aaron Glenn. The Jets have the second-overall pick in April’s draft.
Booke and Johnson’s relationship reportedly began sometime in 2023. The couple welcomed their son, Kayto, last month.
