The Washington Commanders’ offensive line coach sent social media into a frenzy on Monday night with his extremely muscular physique.
Even by NFL standards, the emergence of 52-year-old Bobby Johnson from the locker room was a sight to behold before the team’s loss to the Chicago Bears.
Wearing a tight black T-shirt and short black shorts, Johnson looked as though he was ready to compete on the field with his bulky upper body. He looked completely different to his early days as a coach in the NFL.
A barefoot Johnson proceeded to march into the end zone and do a number of push ups in some sort of pre-game ritual.
Fans went wild for Johnson’s body transformation on social media, with the user who posted the video declaring him ‘an animal’.
One joked: ‘We sure he can’t suit up and help on defense?’

A third added: ‘Someone tell buddy he is NOT playing’.
One fan replied: ‘Is the strength and conditioning coach as well?! Sheesh.’
Johnson has enjoyed a lengthy coaching career in the NFL after starting out as an assistant with the Akron Zips.
As well as the Commanders, he has also had spells with the Bills, Jaguars, Lions, Raiders, Colts and Giants.
Caleb Williams and the Bears got the better of Jayden Daniels and the Commanders on a final-play score Monday night, with Chicago defeating Washington 25-24 with a 38-yard field goal by new kicker Jake Moody.
