Skills development for local manufacturing leaders

MEGA (Manufacturing & Engineering Growth & Advancement) is launching a new leadership programme, designed specifically for the needs of local manufacturing and engineering businesses.

Delivered in partnership with Beecome More, the programme aims to give practical tools, with real-world relevance, to new, aspiring and experienced leaders.

To outline what the programme offers, and how to take part, MEGA is inviting businesses to join their online information session, on Tuesday 17 June 2025, from 11am to midday.

Register your place here.

MEGA members will get priority enrolment in the programme, but non-members are welcome to attend the session to learn more.

MEGA is a network of over 70 companies working together to grow manufacturing and engineering in Mid Ulster. MEGA supports skills development, job creation and long-term careers in the sector. It is backed by Invest Northern Ireland, Mid Ulster District Council and The James Kane Foundation.
