Wyndham Clark’s girlfriend has revealed how she met the golf star before beginning their whirlwind romance.
The major winner stunned fans when he went public with his relationship with girlfriend Emily Tanner at The Masters during the iconic par-3 contest before recording a career-best finish of 21st at Augusta in April.
The stunning influencer has since been spotted supporting her golfing beau at various stops on the PGA Tour, including his second US Open victory at Shinnecock Hills in June.
Now, the beautiful blonde has offered her 741,000 followers a rare glimpse into her relationship with the two-time major winner.
During a Q&A session on her Instagram story on Wednesday, Tanner was asked how she first met the PGA Tour star.
‘Online/mutual friends,’ she replied. ‘We met end of January and fell pretty fast. We’re super similar and get along so so well.’

‘I’ll tell the full story soon,’ she teasingly added, writing over a video of herself and Clark at a golf event.
She was later asked what the best thing about being Clark’s girlfriend while on the Tour was.
‘One thing I didn’t know is that I too would get sock tan lines,’ she joked, adding a photo of her bare pale feet.
‘But on a real note, it’s just the best feeling to be there for him, cheering him on doing what he loves,’ she continued.
Clark claimed his second US Open championship amid ugly scenes at Shinnecock Hills last month, after police threw out multiple fans for shouting abuse at him during a highly-charged final round.
Tanner was waiting for him on the edge of the 18th green at the iconic Long Island golf course, embracing him in celebration following his triumph.
In May, the major winner also won The CJ Cup Byron Nelson with a scintillating final round of 60.
Clark, meanwhile, described Tanner as ‘my good luck charm’ when he posted pictures of them at Augusta in April. So far, she seems to be just that.

Fresh off his second major triumph in June, Clark made the bombshell claim that his ex-girlfriend cheated on him with NFL quarterback Baker Mayfield during an appearance on Barstool’s ‘Pardon My Take’ podcast .
When the podcast hosts pulled up one of his old tweets which read ‘I hate baker mayfield’ back in 2016, the golfer said: ‘I’m trying to decide if I should tell the story… alright screw it I don’t care. People already hate me.’
He then alleged that his girlfriend at the time was unfaithful to him with Mayfield, who was playing college football for the University of Oklahoma in 2016. Clark was at Oklahoma State University before leaving for the University of Oregon that summer.
‘My girlfriend at the time cheated on me with Baker Mayfield,’ he claimed. ‘But here’s what I would say: I’m actually a Baker fan now, I think he’s a homie.
‘That’s your initial response, “Screw that guy.” But really it’s screw the [girlfriend].’
Despite his accusation, Clark even wants to bury the hatchet with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers signal caller on the golf course in the future.
‘I hope this is a bro moment for us to be like “Oh, bro, I didn’t know. My bad. She never told me,” and I’ll tell him, “It’s all good, we’re homies, let’s play golf.” That’s where I hope it comes from.’
Clark’s most significant ex-girlfriend is Alicia Bogdanski, but she is not the alleged cheater in question given they first started dating in 2021. They quietly went their separate ways four years later.
The ex accused of becoming romantic with Mayfield is believed to be an unnamed partner from his college days.
