Transform agrifood with your AI solution

Agrifood businesses can now apply for the High Growth AI Accelerator, a 14-week programme supporting the development of advanced artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning (ML) solutions to transform agriculture and food systems.

Delivered by Digital Catapult as part of the Innovate UK BridgeAI programme, the accelerator helps startups, scaleups and SMEs access the computational power, industry connections, and expert support needed to validate and scale deep-tech AI solutions.

The programme is aimed at UK-registered businesses with

  • existing or new AI-enabled products or infrastructure
  • strong technical teams and relevant data
  • a clear need for compute resources to progress their solution

Participants will work on real commercial challenges set by industry leaders including

  • dairy forecasting and optimisation
  • biomass condition management
  • livestock monitoring and identification
  • biodiversity and methane monitoring

There is also an open industry challenge, where you can present your own proposal to one of the four challenge owners.

If successful, you will get access to cloud credits and AI compute resources, hands-on technical and business support, strategic advice and tailored diagnostics, and opportunities to present to challenge owners and refine your product.

Applications close at 1159om on 13 July 2025.

Find out more about the High Growth AI Accelerator for InnovateUK BridgeAI.
