Free support and guidance for employers on embracing a diverse and inclusive workplace

At Mid Ulster Labour Market Partnership’s Neurodiversity in the Workplace event, employers will hear from a range of speakers and network with local organisations offering free support and guidance.

Hosted by the Mid Ulster Health and Disability Awareness Working Group, the event will begin with some breakfast and networking opportunities. Compere, Maggie McCloskey (USEL), will then introduce a range of speakers.

You will learn about some of the most common neurodiverse conditions, as well as those with lived experience, from the perspective of an employer and employee.

There will also be practical tips for employers on how to remove barriers and embrace a diverse and inclusive workplace.

A range of support agencies will also be present, offering advice and assistance.

Following the close of the event, there will be another opportunity to network and chat with the various agencies, face-to-face, to discover the range of free support and guidance available to local employers.
