Phoenix Suns star Dillon Brooks was arrested for driving under the influence on Friday morning, according to reports.
TMZ claims Brooks was arrested in Scottsdale, Arizona, around 2am before being released from custody just over an hour later.
It is believed the 30-year-old, who has been out injured with a broken hand, was respectful and cooperative before his release.
Further details surrounding his arrest are currently unavailable.
A mugshot of Brooks has emerged after his arrest on Friday, which shows him staring blankly into the camera with a long bushy beard while wearing a white tank top.
His arrest comes just eight months after he filed for a new restraining order against the mother of his two children, amid allegations that she threatened to ‘cut off’ his fingers.

Back in June of last year, Brooks filed the Temporary Restraining Order (TRO) against Heather Andrews in Los Angeles after accusing her of hacking into his social-media accounts, destroying his belongings and threatening to jeopardize his career.
The file, which was seen by Daily Mail, showed that he already had a restraining order against Andrews – the mother to their two children aged five and two – which began in November 2024 and ran until the end of June 2025.
Brooks claimed that he initially met her in a Las Vegas nightclub in 2018. He alleged that, after a brief period of dating, she became pregnant.
He claims in the court paper that he was not informed directly about the pregnancy but, rather, found out via a social media post of a sonogram from Andrews.
