WNBA star Natasha Cloud earned herself a massive payday on Friday night as she won the Skills Challenge.
Cloud held off the Seattle Storm’s Erica Wheeler in the final round to claim victory at the All-Star event.
And the New York Liberty star will earn a total of $57,575 for her efforts in a massive boost to her 2025 earnings.
Specifically, Cloud will earn $2,575 from the WNBA for winning the contest, while she’ll be paid a handsome $55,000 from the league’s partnership with Aflac.
Cloud’s base salary for this season is $200,000, meaning she will increase her earnings this year by nearly 29 percent.
Prior to winning the contest, Cloud mentioned how her Liberty teammate and girlfriend Izzy Harrison told her she needed to win the contest so they could put a down payment on a house.

And when she was asked about Mamdani’s win over Andrew Cuomo and nine other candidates – and Trump’s recent comments about arresting and deporting Mamdani – Cloud had some strong words for the president.
She called Trump ‘Donny’ and suggested there could be consequences if ICE agents were to descend on New York.
She told reporters ‘If Donny wants to come down here, if ICE wants to try and come down here, that’s fine.
