More than 50 firefighters are tackling a fire at Whiteabbey Hospital in County Antrim.
The Northern Ireland Fire and Rescue Service said six fire engines, two aerial appliances and 51 firefighters were at the Doagh Road site supported by a command support unit and other specialist vehicles.
The service has advised members of the public to avoid the area, and residents living nearby are advised to keep windows and doors closed.
Whiteabbey Hospital provides care for patients requiring rehabilitation or further assessment following an acute hospital admission.
