Roundtable event designed to explore the barriers preventing local employers from employing apprentices
Mid Ulster Labour Market Partnership is hosting a breakfast event to explore the barriers preventing local employers, particularly sole traders and SMEs, from employing apprentices.
The session creates an honest space for businesses who don’t currently offer apprenticeships to share concerns, challenge assumptions, and help shape practical solutions.
Insights gathered will inform a findings paper submitted to central government, ensuring employer voices directly influence future apprenticeship policy and support.
