Until 28 June, you can save £50 per person on gold and platinum Merlin annual passes. With parents in planning mode for the upcoming six-week summer holidays, it’s a no-brainer for those looking to save money, as passholders get unlimited access to more than 20 of the UK’s biggest attractions and theme parks for a whole year.

If you’re planning multiple family days out this year, a Merlin annual pass quickly pays for itself. Standard tickets to attractions such as Alton Towers, Legoland and The London Eye add up quickly, particularly during school holidays when families are looking for ways to keep children entertained.

Rather than paying for individual tickets each time, the pass gives you access to a wide range of attractions throughout the year, with unlimited visits and no extra fees to worry about.

Alongside unlimited entry to attractions, pass holders also receive free parking, plus 20 per cent off food, drink and retail purchases at participating attractions.

Platinum pass holders also receive extra benefits, including free fastrack access, free “bring a friend” tickets, free mini golf and a complimentary Coca-Cola freestyle cup.
