The model ex-wife of former NFL star Matt Kalil has hit back after being served a lawsuit that could end up costing her hundreds of thousands of dollars.
Former Vikings and Panthers star Kalil is seeking a jury trial and damages of more than $75,000, per TMZ, in the wake of comments his ex-wife Haley Kalil made on a live stream about the size of his manhood.
On a Twitch video last year, the Sports Illustrated swimsuit model described his penis as ‘two coke cans, maybe even a third’, detailing that intimacy issues was one of the reasons for the breakdown in their marriage.
The ex-football player claims that he has been subjected to ‘unwanted attention and invasive commentary from the public,’ while his family have ‘been forced to endure the ongoing public circulation of these degrading and deeply personal statements.’
Haley has now spoken to TMZ after being slapped with the lawsuit, and says she is ‘genuinely shocked and incredibly hurt’ by the allegations.
‘Litigation is a harrowing and emotionally draining experience, and I am heartbroken that he is choosing to subject us and our families to this ordeal,’ she added.

Haley went on to claim that she spoke highly of her ex-husband ‘six times’ in the live stream conversation, even referring to him as ‘the greatest guy in the world.’
Kalil, who played for the Vikings and Panthers, married Haley in 2015 and the pair were together for seven years before their split in 2022.
Kalil has since remarried, to model Keilani Asmus in the summer of 2024, and he claims she has received a barrage of disgusting messages on social media about her husband’s manhood.
The suit filed against Haley includes a series of screenshots of messages purportedly sent to Keilani, which Kalil claims have become ‘increasingly frequent, disturbing and alarming in nature over time.’
In addition, the ex-NFL star alleges that Haley has ‘been able to financially benefit from this surge in traffic’, while he is left to deal with the consequences.
Kalil, now 36, is suing for invasion of privacy and unjust enrichment, requesting a jury trial and damages, with the amount exceeding $75,000.

The Daily Mail has continued to reach out to both Matt and Haley with a request for comment.
The media appearance in question came back in November, when Haley appeared on a Twitch livestream with internet personality Marlon, going on to reveal the ‘biggest factor’ in her split from Matt.
‘We were trying to do the damn thing and [put work into their marriage],’ Haley said before typing something on her phone that she did not wish to say out loud.
She then showed Marlon, before continuing to explain. It appears, from the context of the discussion, that she was suggesting Matt’s proportions were incompatible for her.
‘Deada**… for our whole marriage, deada**. But I was going to try it all. We tried it all: therapist, doctors. Not even lying… Looked up lipo-type s***… That’s why it’s kinda funny. It’s like my life is a comedy, and it kinda writes itself,’ she revealed.
‘That was the biggest factor… Love him, but he’s my homie… No, because he’s like .01 percent of the population. We’ve tried, impossible unless you’re going to be in tears type s***.’
Haley, who was featured as a rookie in the Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Issue in 2019, got backlash at the time from some on social media who felt that she was oversharing and violated her ex-husband’s privacy.
‘Darn, that’s a huge breach of trust. Disrespectful,’ wrote one user on X.

Another commented: ‘U were married to that person. Some things are private. I guess influencers don’t know the difference between private and public; their private lives are for public consumption.’
Haley filed for divorce in 2022, citing ‘irreconcilable differences’, according to TMZ. She says that he is a ‘really good person’ and made her want to be better.
Kalil was a fourth-overall pick in the 2012 NFL Draft for the Minnesota Vikings. After making the Pro Bowl in his rookie season, he’d spend five years with the team before playing for the Carolina Panthers and Houston Texans.
He retired following the 2019 season. Since then, he’s worked alongside his brother and fellow NFL offensive lineman, Ryan Kalil, and started a tequila company.
