Liverpool will enter contract negotiations with one of their key players at the end of the season.
The Reds have tied down Mo Salah and Virgil van Dijk to new deals in recent weeks, and are now set to discuss terms with another member of their title-winning squad.
The player in question has two years remaining on his current contract, having joined the club in 2022.
Luis Diaz arrived from Porto midway through the 2021-22 season, and won the Carabao Cup and FA Cup in his first four months at Anfield.
He has since won the Carabao Cup again, and starred under Arne Slot this season to lead Liverpool to their 20th league title.
The Colombian winger is now due to sit down with Liverpool chiefs to make a decision on his future this summer.

Trent Alexander-Arnold and Ibrahima Konate are facing uncertain futures heading into the final weeks of the season
Diaz has made 145 appearances for Liverpool across all competitions, scoring 40 goals.
He has found the net 12 times in the Premier League this season, the first time he has hit double figures in a top-flight campaign.
He has become a major asset under Slot due to his versatility, with the Dutch head coach happy to play him on the left wing or up front.
Diaz is far from the only Liverpool player facing an uncertain future ahead of talks this summer.
Trent Alexander-Arnold’s contract will expire next month, and he is still expected to join Real Madrid on a free transfer.
Meanwhile, Ibrahima Konate has just one year left on his contract and is yet to agree fresh terms with the Reds.
