Former Lioness Millie Bright is said to have grown apart from her new boyfriend – just months after leaving her fiance and getting with him.
The 2022 Euros winner moved in with personal trainer and father-of-seven David Zetolofsky over the summer after months of dating, the Daily Mail exclusively revealed.
That came after the Chelsea captain split with her American-born fiance, fitness coach Levi Crow.
But now Zetolofsky has moved out of Bright’s Surrey house, according to The Sun.
‘It’s good riddance to him as far as neighbours are concerned,’ one source told the outlet regarding the 39-year-old, whose wife, Katie, had their seventh baby in January. He and Katie broke up shortly before he met Millie. There is no suggestion that Bright or Zetolofsky had even spoken until they were both single.
Another said that Bright, 32, had become ‘withdrawn’ since her split from fiance Crow and her withdrawal from the 2025 European Championship, which England won.

She had previously been engaged to fitness coach Levi Crow, who she split with efore she met her new beau
Mr Zetolofsky runs the popular gym in Redhill, Surrey, which is just a stone’s throw from the £400,000 new-build end-of-terrace home where he moved in with Bright – not long after Crow had moved out.
Their relationship has apparently been the talk of the gym where she is the most famous client and he the high-profile owner.
A source told the Daily Mail in June: ‘The relationship between Millie and Dave is the talk of the gym – everyone knows about it.
‘They have got very serious very quickly. They were both getting over failed relationships when they met and obviously really clicked.
‘Since then things have accelerated very quickly. They are spending a lot of time with each other and now David has now even moved in.
‘They seem really happy together – they’re into each other big time.’
Crow, meanwhile, is understood to have moved to Dubai to begin a new life there without Bright.
His and Bright’s split stunned those that knew them. Their families were said to have been close.

They had moved in together to a home they were very proud of in Surrey.
Their relatonship culminated in December 2023 when Crew romantically proposed during a dream winter holiday to Mauritius.
Bright couldn’t wait to announce the engagement to fans, posting a picture of her flashing a diamond engagement ring, writing: ‘Little did I think this would be the most beautiful Christmas in my entire life… I said YES after the shock had settled and Levi reminded me yes or no.’
Addressing her now fiance she added: ‘You was already my person but here’s to the future bubba. I love you.’
She has also referred to Levi as her ‘king’ who was with her ‘through thick and thin’.
