Tarantino, 64, recently relocated to the UK as he develops a “swashbuckling comedy” play set in 1830s Europe, which is due to launch in early 2027.

The Popinjay Cavalier will be Tarantino’s debut as a theatre writer and director, after previously speaking about his desire to retire from movies after making 10 films.

Meanwhile, pop legend Minogue, 58, is no stranger to Wales thanks to her strong Welsh roots.

Her family were originally from Maesteg in Bridgend county, and emigrated to Australia during the 1950s.

Over the years, Minogue has spoken about the Welsh side of her family and has said performing in Cardiff is always extra special, as she even knows a few phrases in Welsh.
