Kyle Walker spotted out with his ex-Man City team-mates – five days ahead of facing them this weekend!

Former Manchester City defender Kyle Walker joined his old colleagues for a night out as they shook off the disappointment of their 1-1 draw with Arsenal on Sunday.

The 35-year-old ended a glittering eight-year career with the Cityzens this summer, joining newly promoted Burnley for a cut-price £5million fee.

Walker, who made 319 appearances and won 15 major trophies with the club, fell out of favour at the Etihad under Pep Guardiola and spent last season on loan in Serie A with AC Milan.

Though, it appears that his time away from his former colleagues has not shaken their bond. Walker was pictured among the City stars as they enjoyed a bite to eat out in Manchester.

Indeed, the England international was not the only City alum spotted at the event, with defender Manuel Akanji, who was part of their Treble winning side and departed for Inter Milan this summer, was seen in good spirits.

Walker’s appearance is made slightly more interesting due to the fact that he will be coming up against his former comrades in his next league fixture for the Clarets.

The clash at the Etihad on September 27 will be the first time the veteran has faced his old club since his departure.

In Manchester, Walker not only won a ton of trophies and made more than 300 appearances, but he also cemented himself as one of the greatest right backs in Premier League history.

Unfortunately, his spell in Milan was less successful.

His Italy switch came amid family drama off the pitch, with Walker fighting for his marriage with the mother of four of his children, Annie Kilner, after also fathering two kids with his influencer ex-mistress Lauryn Goodman.

After a bright start to life in the country’s fashion capital – going unbeaten in his first three starts – Walker’s form drastically dipped as Milan finished a surprisingly low eighth place in the league.

The Italian press reacted harshly to his spell in Serie A, with Tuttosport even claiming that failure has the face of [Kyle] Walker’ in a brutal assessment of his career in the country.

Walker has played in each of Burnley’s first five matches this season. Scott Parker’s men have made a decent start to the term, amassing four points from their first five matches to sit 16th in the table.

City, meanwhile, are just three points better off after suffering two defeats in their first five outings and dropping two points against Arsenal after Gabriel Martinelli’s late equaliser at the Emirates last weekend.
