KSI weirdly taunted Wayne Bridge with an awkward X-rated chant in the ring as boos echoed around the Co-op Live arena in Manchester on Saturday night upon confirmation of their upcoming bout.
The duo are set to go toe-to-toe in a Misfits boxing event after Mail Sport revealed that Bridge, the former Chelsea, Manchester City and England star, is set to face the influencer on March 29.
The contest was officially confirmed when the pair stepped in the ring together on Saturday night and KSI immediately began to mock Bridge over his former relationship.
Bridge had previously been in a relationship with French underwear model Vanessa Perroncel while playing for Chelsea in 2009.
The relationship later broke down amid allegations that former Blues and England captain John Terry – who was Bridge’s team-mate at the time – had allegedly had an affair with Perroncel.
Terry and Bridge were later goaded over the situation by rival supporters and the pair are no longer friends over the incident.

However, YouTube star and influencer, KSI, didn’t appear to care about past events in the slightest and used Bridge’s past to try and unsettle his upcoming ring opponent.
In a bizarre exchange, KSI wasted no time in trying to get under the ex-England international’s skin as he crudely jibed: ‘Aren’t you the guy that let John Terry smash your ex?’
Bridge – dressed in a stylish oversized jacket – looked slightly taken back by the taunt and responded: ‘You want to go there straightaway do you?’ which only encouraged KSI further.
The social media star continued: ‘I’m pretty sure that’s what you’re known for’ before proceeding to lead the crowd in a chant, singing: ‘Vanessa woah, Vanessa woah’.
KSI proceeded to add X-rated words to his chant that directly referenced Terry and Bridge’s former partner.
44-year-old Bridge stood his ground and attempted to scare his opponent by adding: ‘You wanted it mate, you can get it,’ only for KSI to callously push him before security stepped in.

While some members of the crowd joined in with KSI’s chanting, the loudest noise in the arena was boos that aired discontent at the pair for agreeing to a controversial bout.
Bridge has fought before, defeating Made in Chelsea star Spencer Matthews in a charity bout seven years ago.
He hung up his boots in 2014 following a career which saw him win the Premier League, FA Cup and League Cup at Chelsea.
Bridge also played for Southampton, Fulham, West Ham, Sunderland and Brighton and picked up 36 England caps. Those who know him say he remains in peak condition.
